Baked Banana Peanut Butter Oat Bars

This delicious Oatmeal Bake is perfect for meal prep! Just prepare it on a Sunday and you have a delicious and nutritious snack or breakfast for the rest of your week! Thanks to Manitoba Harvest for the amazing recipe!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees celsius.
  2. Whisk wet ingredients until smooth.
  3. In a large bowl combine dry ingredients then stir in wet ingredients.
  4. Pour mixture into greased baking dish. We used a loaf pan.
  5. Top with a sliced banana and a sprinkle of brown sugar or coconut sugar (about 1 teaspoon).
  6. Bake at 190°C for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Let it cool a few minutes then slice & serve…
  8. Enjoy!
