- Order Changes & Cancellations: To change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been processed, cancellation may be possible, subject to a $10 handling fee. Please note that cancellations are eligible for store credit only; we do not offer refunds for canceled orders. If more than 1 hour has passed since placing the order, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Responsibility Upon Delivery or Collection Notification:
- Ownership and risk of perishable goods (including, but not limited to, bread, dairy products, and other time-sensitive items) transfer to the customer:
- Upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer; or
- When the carrier provides a notification (e.g., a collection card or email) advising that the goods are available for collection at a designated location.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and that someone is available to receive the delivery or collect the goods in a timely manner.

Perishable Goods Policy:
- Perishable items are packaged to ensure they arrive in good condition when delivered promptly. We cannot guarantee the condition of these items if delivery is delayed due to the customer’s failure to:
- Collect the goods from the carrier or delivery location within the advised timeframe; or
- Provide correct and complete delivery information.

Uncollected Parcels:
- If a parcel containing perishable goods is not collected within the timeframe specified by the carrier and is returned to us, we are unable to resell or reuse the goods for health and safety reasons. As such:
- No refunds or replacements will be issued for perishable goods that become unsatisfactory due to the customer’s failure to collect them.
- Non-perishable items in the same order may be eligible for a refund or replacement, at our discretion, subject to inspection upon return.

- Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery updates, collection notifications, and ensuring timely collection of their order to maintain the quality of perishable goods.
- Any additional costs incurred due to failure to collect an order (e.g., return shipping fees) may be charged to the customer.
