Shipping & Transit Cover Policy

We aim to make shipping simple, transparent, and fair for all our customers. Below is a detailed overview of our shipping policy to help you understand how we deliver your favourite health products straight to your door.

Courier Service
We use Australia Post as our trusted courier to ensure your items are delivered safely and efficiently. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout using Australia Post’s rate calculator based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $149 for metro areas (as defined by Australia Post's shipping zones) on orders up to 15kg. Orders exceeding 15kg do not qualify for free shipping and will incur standard shipping rates based on weight and destination. Find out if your postcode qualifies for free shipping here.

Standard Shipping Rates
For all orders under $149, those exceeding 15kg, or for deliveries outside metro areas, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout using Australia Post’s rate calculator. This ensures you only pay the necessary shipping fees for your location.


Dispatch & Delivery Times
Dispatch: Orders are typically dispatched within 7 business days.

Standard Shipping Delivery Times:

  • Metro Areas: 1-2 business days
  • Regional Areas: 2-7 business days
  • Rural & Remote Areas: 3-10 business days

Express Shipping Delivery Times:

  • Metro & Regional Areas: 1-2 business days
  • Rural & Remote Areas: 3-4 business days

Please note that dispatch times are in addition to delivery estimates. Selecting express delivery does not speed up dispatch timings. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on Australia Post’s current services, public holidays, or peak periods. 

Responsibility Upon Delivery or Collection Notification

Ownership and risk of perishable goods (including, but not limited to, bread, dairy products, and other time-sensitive items) transfer to the customer:

  • Upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer; or
  • When the carrier provides a notification (e.g., a collection card or email) advising that the goods are available for collection at a designated location.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and that someone is available to receive the delivery or collect the goods in a timely manner.

Perishable Goods Policy

Perishable items are packaged to ensure they arrive in good condition when delivered promptly. We cannot guarantee the condition of these items if delivery is delayed due to the customer’s failure to:

  • Collect the goods from the carrier or delivery location within the advised timeframe; or
  • Provide correct and complete delivery information.

Uncollected Parcels
If a parcel containing perishable goods is not collected within the timeframe specified by the carrier and is returned to us, we are unable to resell or reuse the goods for health and safety reasons. As such:

  • No refunds or replacements will be issued for perishable goods that become unsatisfactory due to the customer’s failure to collect them.
  •  

    Non-perishable items in the same order may be eligible for a refund or replacement, at our discretion, subject to inspection upon return.

Customer Obligations

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery updates, collection notifications, and ensuring timely collection of their order to maintain the quality of perishable goods.
  • Any additional costs incurred due to failure to collect an order (e.g., return shipping fees) will incure a fee of $11.55 per article, charged to the customer.

 

Environmental Policy

We prioritise sustainability by using eco-friendly packaging and encouraging recycling. Our biodegradable packing peanuts dissolve completely in water and we actively repurpose the packing materials sent by our suppliers.

Transit Cover Policy

We offer Transit Cover to provide added protection for your goods during shipping. For an additional cost at checkout, this cover helps ensure your items are safeguarded in case of loss or damage during transit. Here’s how it works:

  • Damaged Goods: Claims for damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and accompanied by clear photos of the damage.
  • Lost Goods: If your parcel has not arrived within 7 days of dispatch, please contact us to initiate an investigation. Claims for lost parcels must be made within 30 business days from the date of dispatch.

Important Notes About Transit Cover

  • Transit Cover is limited to the value of the goods and the cost of shipping.
  • We will only accept one claim per parcel, and claims are void if you provided an "Authority to Leave" (ATL) without a signature upon delivery.
  • If you choose not to purchase Transit Cover, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of parcels once they have left our warehouse.


Important Shipping Information

  • Accurate Delivery Details: Please ensure the delivery address provided is correct. If changes are required, contact us immediately. However, we cannot guarantee updates once the parcel is in transit.
  • Incorrect Addresses: Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be refunded, cancelled, or re-sent.
  • Delays: While we strive to meet our stated delivery times, external factors like peak periods or natural disasters may cause occasional delays. In these cases, we are not liable for delayed deliveries outside our control.
  • Heat-Sensitive Items: We do not offer refrigerated shipping. Heat-sensitive items (such as chocolate) are shipped at your own risk, particularly during warm months, and we do not accept responsibility for heat-related damage.
