Shipping & Transit Cover Policy

We aim to make shipping simple, transparent, and fair for all our customers. Below is a detailed overview of our domestic and international shipping policies to help you understand how we deliver your favourite health products straight to your door.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Australia)

Courier Service

We use Australia Post as our trusted courier. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout using Australia Post’s rate calculator, based on your delivery address and order weight.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $149 for metro areas (as defined by Australia Post) on parcels up to 15kg. Orders exceeding 15kg or located outside metro zones will incur standard shipping rates based on weight and destination. Find out if your postcode qualifies for free shipping here.

Standard Shipping Rates

For orders under $149, over 15kg, or outside metro areas, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

  • Dispatch: Orders are typically dispatched within 7 business days.

Standard Delivery:

  • Metro: 1–2 business days
  • Regional: 2–7 business days
  • Rural/Remote: 3–10 business days

Express Delivery:

  • Metro/Regional: 1–2 business days
  • Rural/Remote: 3–4 business days

Please note that dispatch times are additional to shipping times. Selecting Express does not expedite dispatch.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (New Zealand Only)

We now ship to New Zealand via Australia Post International (Standard & Express).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on parcel weight and destination.
  • Free shipping is not available for international orders.
  • Estimated delivery times (subject to change based on Australia Post service updates):
    • Standard International: 6–12 business days
    • Express International: 4–8 business days

Duties, Taxes & Customs

International orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means:

  • The recipient is responsible for paying any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes upon delivery.
  • Failure to pay customs charges may result in the parcel being returned, abandoned, or destroyed—we are not liable for such outcomes and no refund will be issued.

International Order Exclusions

  • Perishable goods are not eligible for international shipping or coverage. This includes, but is not limited to, fresh, chilled, or time-sensitive products (e.g. bread).
  • These items will be removed from your order if added, and a refund will be issued for them.

Responsibility Upon Delivery or Collection Notification

Ownership and risk of perishable goods transfers to the customer:

  • Upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided; or
  • When the carrier issues a collection notification.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and ensuring someone is available to receive or collect the parcel.


Transit Cover Policy

For added peace of mind, we offer Transit Cover at checkout. This optional add-on helps protect your items in case of loss or damage during transit.

What’s Covered

  • Damaged Goods: Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
  • Lost Parcels: Contact us if your parcel has not arrived within 7 days (domestic) or 14 days (international). Claims must be made within 30 business days from dispatch.

Important Notes

  • Cover is limited to the value of the goods and shipping cost.
  • One claim is permitted per parcel.
  • Transit Cover is void if you requested "Authority to Leave" without a signature.
  • If Transit Cover is not purchased, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft once the parcel has left our warehouse.

International Orders:

  • Perishable items are excluded from Transit Cover and are shipped at the buyer’s own risk.
  • Delays, customs holds, or issues outside our control are not covered.

Additional Information

  • Incorrect Addresses: Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are non-refundable and cannot be re-sent.
  • Heat-Sensitive Items: No refrigerated shipping is offered. Products prone to heat damage (e.g., chocolate) are shipped at your own risk.
  • Uncollected Parcels: Parcels not collected in time and returned to us may incur an $11.55 return fee per item. Perishable goods will not be refunded.
  • Environmental Policy: We ship using eco-conscious materials including biodegradable packing peanuts and repurposed supplier packaging wherever possible.
