Change of Mind
Returns are accepted for change of mind if the item is unopened, in its original packaging, and you contact us within 14 days of receipt. A store credit will be issued once we receive and inspect the item. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility. Email us at orders@organicsonabudget.com.au to arrange returns and receive store credit.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, we will offer a replacement or refund for faulty items. If items are damaged in transit and the buyer purchased transit cover, we will issue a refund as per our Transit Cover policy. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item, including photos for verification
Return Conditions
- Initiate returns within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Items must be unopened and in their original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, except when we sent the wrong item.
- Returned goods damaged due to improper packaging may void refunds or exchanges.
Order Changes & Cancellations
To change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been processed, cancellation may be possible, subject to a $10 handling fee. Please note that cancellations are eligible for store credit only; we do not offer refunds for cancelled orders. If more than 1 hour has passed since placing the order, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
