Love Tea Organic Ayurvedic Tea Pitta Loose Leaf 60g

This Ayurvedic herbal blend has been designed by Love Tea's naturopath to support and balance the pitta dominant constitution. People who are pitta dominant are typically of medium build, ambitious, intelligent, passionate leaders and perfectionists. Out of balance this dosha can be prone to becoming hot, jealous, or angry with poor digestion. This blend includes herbs such as rose, spearmint, and cardamom traditionally used to help harmonise, cool and balance. 

Brewing:

Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5 grams) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75°C – 85°C and allow to infuse for 3 – 5+ minutes. Strain the tea and serve.

The clear pouch that holds this tea is made from a renewable plant-based cellophane and can easily be home composted.
